Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U) proudly congratulates its Civil Engineering graduates for their commendable performance in the September 2026 Civil EngineeringLicensure Examination (CELE) held on September 26–27, 2026.
Among its first-time examinees, ISAT U recorded a 50.00% passing rate, surpassing the 37.16% national passing rate for the examination.
