The Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U) community formally opened its 121st Founding Anniversary Celebration on September 9, 2026, marking the beginning of a three-day celebration of the University’s rich history, achievements, and enduring commitment to excellence.
The opening program which was started by the foot parade and street dance was made more meaningful by an inspiring address from the distinguished guest speaker, Hon. Artemio P. Pama, Jr., Private Sector Representative of the ISAT U Board of Regents. His message highlighted the importance of legacy which for him does not only mean perfecting what was built by those who came before us, but by creating opportunities as an answer to what the world needs from us. He also emphasized the importance of determination, gratitude, and the willingness to uplift others as students pursue their goals and journey toward success.
The celebration brings together students, faculty members, administrative personnel, alumni, and stakeholders in a series of activities designed to showcase the talents, accomplishments, and vibrant community spirit of ISAT U.
More exciting events, competitions, and activities are set to take place throughout the celebration as the University community honors its legacy and looks forward to a brighter future.
