ISAT U MIAGAO ALUMNA RANKS 8 IN MARCH 2026 LEPT

Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U) proudly celebrates the outstanding success of Justine Rose Tesoro Fontanillas, of ISAT U Miagao Campus, who secured the Top 8 spot nationwidein theMarch 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) – Elementary Level. Fontanillas proudly clinched top 8 after earning an exceptional rating of 93.20%.

Fontanillas’ remarkable performance reflects not only her dedication and perseverance but also ISAT U’s commitment to academic excellence and teacher education. Her achievement brings honor to the university and serves as an inspiration to aspiring educators across the country.

University officials extended their congratulations, emphasizing that Fontanillas’ success is a testament to the institution’s strong training programs and the resilience of its graduates. This accomplishment is also a source of pride for Miagao Campus being its first topnotcher. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results of the March 2026 LEPT, with thousands of examinees nationwide. ISAT U Introduces College of Global Business and Enterprise

Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U) has officially announced the establishment of its newest academic unit, the College of Global Business and Enterprise (CGBE), pursuant to Board of Regents Resolution No. 28-2026. The college is set to begin its operations in theFirst Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027, marking a significant milestone in the university’s expansion and commitment to global education.

The newly created college will house programs designed to meet the demands of dynamic industries and foster innovation among students. These include:

  • Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management
  • Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management
  • Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship
  • Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design and Merchandising
  • Master of Science in Hospitality Management (upcoming program offering)

University officials emphasized that the creation of the CGBE reflects ISAT U’s vision of producing graduates who are not only industry-ready but also globally competitive.
